My passion for cake decorating started in 2005 when I took the Wilton courses at a Michael’s crafts store that I worked at. The cake decorating classes were great, and I seemed to have a knack for it. I practiced a lot, made cakes for friends and relatives, decorated cakes at grocery stores and private bakeries and even taught cake-decorating classes. I then started making my creative cakes and selling them to people at affordable prices. In 2012, I graduated from the Pastry Arts program at Auguste Escoffier School in Boulder, Colorado in order to further my knowledge of cakes and pastries.
